This week I wanted something bright and cheery to reflect the nice weather we've been having lately. I decided on Color Club's East Austin, which isn't technically a neon polish, but it is so bright that I wanted to tone it down just a little bit with Color Club's Silver Lake.
In order to create this manicure, I painted 2 coats of East Austin on each nail, then when it dried I positioned striping tape on my ring fingers and painted a thick coat of Silver Lake over it and removed the tape. Lastly, I sealed in everything with a coat of quick dry top coat.
This is the most colour-accurate picture I could get of this polish. |
This is what the polish looks like under natural light, much less bright than in the shade. |
What do you think? Thanks for stopping by!
